We’re a West Midlands-based (UK) team of engineers, specialising in aluminium & zinc high-pressure die casting and CNC machining
Our History
Midland Pressure Diecasting was founded in 2000, by Ash Suman. Ash Suman has been in the industry since 1986 when he stated his apprenticeship in metallurgy and diecasting. Since 2000 MPD has continued to grow, innovate and most importantly go above and beyond for our customers, putting quality and reliability above all else. We now operate on our 5 acre site in the West Midlands. Our biggest asset is our team of experts across multiple engineering disciplines, which allow us to provide a complete manufacturing solution for our customers from concept stage to delivery.

Who we are
Midland Pressure Diecasting (MPD) provides reliable manufacturing solutions to suppliers. We design, cast, machine, finish and assemble in the West Midlands, so you get clear accountability and fewer delays.
What we do
Aluminium and zinc high-pressure die casting, with in-house machining, finishing and assembly. Whether you need components for production or retail-ready goods, we build the right cell around your part and deliver to your specification.
How we work (in plain terms)
• One owner: you get a named project manager from first call to first deliveries.
• Plan together: we agree the plan, the milestones and how often you want updates.
• Straight talk: clear timelines, early flags if something moves, and choices when you need them.
• End-to-end: design advice before tools are made, then casting, machining and finish under one roof.
• Ready when it arrives: we can pack and assemble for your production line or for retail.
Quality, without the jargon
We’re ISO 9001 certified. We check what we make at each stage, we record what matters, and we ship what was agreed. If something isn’t right, we fix it quickly.
People & leadership
