What we do
We design and run in-house assembly cells that turn parts into finished product. Cells are tailored to your requirements: fixtures for repeatability, error-proofing where it matters, and clear work instructions—so the result is stable output and predictable lead times.
Cell design & methods
- Custom fixtures & jigs for consistent build quality
- Error-proofing (poka-yoke) at critical steps
- Measured processes (e.g., torque tools with verification)
- Balanced workstations to hit takt and reduce WIP
Testing & verification
- We are WRAS Approved
- Functional tests to your spec (switch/valve/fit tests, continuity, go/no-go)
- Pressure leak testing where required
- In-process checks and final inspection with signed records
Pack-out & presentation
- Kitting & sequencing (sets built in order of use)
- Labelling & barcoding (AIAG/Odette/GS1 as specified)
- Documentation (instructions, spares lists, CoC)
- Packaging to spec— returnable totes or one-way boxes, dividers/foam, shelf-ready formats
Traceability & documentation
- Batch/serial tracking and rework quarantine flow
- Sign-off records stored and available on request
- Change control for revisions and ECNs
Logistics options
- Call-off/Kanban/EDI supported
- Line-side delivery windows agreed in advance
- Retail-ready distribution where required
