- Aluminium (cold-chamber): 11 presses, 150–800 T (Idra, Italpresse); parts up to 5 kg
- Zinc (hot-chamber): 7 presses, 20–200 T (Frech); parts up to 3 kg
- Automation: PLC-controlled cells with robotic handling
- Operation: 24-hour production as required
Tooling & launch
We provide DFM/DFA input and casting feasibility to de-risk your design, then supply new tooling and offer rapid tool conversion to bring existing dies into production
CNC & downstream services
Once your parts are cast, we take them to finished spec—tight-tolerance features, consistent appearance, ready for your line or the shelf.
