What we do
We finish metal parts to your cosmetic and performance standards. Preparation is done in-house; specialist coatings and plating are delivered through our approved finishing partners under MPD project management. You get one plan, one owner, predictable lead times—and parts that arrive ready for use.
In-house finishing (surface preparation)
- Linishing & polishing for cosmetic grades and edge-breaks
- Vibratory finishing for uniform deburr and surface smoothing
- Shot-blasting for consistent key and texture prior to coating
- Masking & handling to protect critical faces and threads
- Visual grading against agreed acceptance samples
Managed coatings & plating (to your spec)
Delivered via audited partners, to defined colour/finish, gloss and film-thickness:
- Electroplating: chrome, brass, nickel, copper; satin/antique finishes available
- E-coat / Electrophoretic (EPD) coating
- Zinc plating: clear/blue, yellow/gold; trivalent or hexavalent systems as specified
- Anodising (aluminium)
- Conversion coatings: chromate conversion, zinc phosphate, etc.
- Powder coating: any RAL/BS colour and special requirements (e.g., outdoor, chemical-resistant)
Compliance & documentation
- Finishes sourced to meet RoHS, ELV, WEEE, REACH; IMDS entries for automotive on request
- Certificates of Conformity and batch traceability
- DFT (coating thickness) readings, adhesion tests and salt-spray data where specified
