Real Time X-Ray Inspection

Midland Pressure Diecasting offers a non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection service utilising real-time x-ray technology. This specialised equipment allows MPD to analyse in detail the internal integrity of castings without disturbing or having to cut into castings and providing input to optimise our process settings without any production downtime.

This technology can be utilised for the following:

Research and development including product and tool design.
