Commercial Finishing

Our sub-contract finishing processes if it is an essential requirement can be sourced to meet RoHS, ELV, WEEE, REACH compliance as well as within automotive IMDS parameters.

If there is a further surface finish you require our experienced industry versed staff will be able to help. With our long term relationships with West Midlands sub-contract finishing companies we can offer our customers finished die cast parts ready for use.

In line with our ISO approved supply chain MPD are accustomed to supplying castings finished in any available commercial finishing including and not limited to:

Chrome Plating/Electro Plating (Chrome, brass, nickel, copper, satin, antique – required colours can be matched)
Electro Phoretic (EPD) Plating
Zinc plating (Yellow/gold, clear, hexavalent, trivalent)
Anodised
Anti-corrosion pre-treatments (chromate conversion, zinc phosphate etc)
Powder coated to any available colour (or specialised paint/environment requirement)
