Typical timelines (guide; part complexity dependent)
- Quote:within 3 business days for standard RFQs
- DFM/DFA pack: 5–10 working days from PO
- T0 tool trial: typically 3–4 weeks from PO
- T1 samples: typically 4–6 weeks from PO (CMM report supplied)
- PPAP/ISIR: available on request; typically 6–8+ weeks from PO
We’ll confirm a programme-specific schedule at kick-off.
Quality & documentation you receive
- CMM report with T1 samples (and capability data/PPAP if specified)
- Material and heat-treat certificates for major tool components
- Buy-off / prove-out report with any agreed actions
- Change & revision log so decisions are recorded and traceable
Communication & updates
- Single point of contact (named engineer + deputy)
- Milestone reviews at agreed gates (e.g., DFM sign-off, T0, T1)
- Fast escalation— if a risk appears, we flag it early with options
Lifetime support
- Maintenance & refurb owned by MPD to keep cycle times stable
- Engineering changes handled under controlled revision
- Spare inserts and wear parts managed to plan where required
